Economizer

An economizer device captures the "lost or waste heat" from the boiler's hot stack gas and transfers this waste heat to the boiler's feed-water or other process fluids.

Economizers improve a boiler's efficiency by extracting heat from the discharged flue gases.

Each economizer is specifically designed to match our client’s boiler characteristics in order to maximize efficiency and the use of boiler room space. 

Economizers are manufactured from carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex, or Alloy,  which counters corrosion problems.
