Within the field of process development and improvement, we supply the process design, the upgrades, the maintenance services and all the components for Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers including the delivery of the new installations, if applicable.

Inspection and maintenance:

We offer inspection and maintenance for the evaluation of the air cooler performance.

• Drive alignment
• Belt tensioning
• Fan-tip clearance inspection
• Fan RPM measurement
• Fan pitch verification
• Bearing inspection
• Drive run-in test supervision
• Verification of cleaning

Upgrade, revamping  of existing air-cooled heat exchangers:

All types of air-cooled heat exchanger bundles can be replaced or modified to increase the cooling capacity.

If necessary, new bundles can be fully adapted to fit existing piping and existing structure.

The replacement bundles are re-designed in accordance with  the latest code editions and international standards.
