Our team will work out in detail the upgrade of the existing Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger, or design a complete new installation if necessary.

We design mechanical components:
- typical constructions of tube bundles with plug and cover headers in accordance to European, national and international codes
- transmission trains
- controls, louvers, steam coils ..
We work with 2D as well as 3D finite elements software packages and in-house developed computer programs as well as commercially available mechanical and process packages.
- Finite element analysis of critical components.
- We design in accordance to: ASME VIII DIV 1 , API 661, AD 2000, Codap EurNorm, PED 97-23.
Process Design
Process design for new Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers or simulations on existing Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers will be done with high tech computerized programs.
An extended database of improved air flow coefficients is applied to predict the pressure drop at the air side.
Process flow simulations at tube side and air side will allow us to screen the exact status of your Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger.
Regarding fan selection we are independent from any Fan manufacturer, which allows us by experience to select the best choice for each different application.
